Whether it is for Sales or lettings, Our dedicated Valuer will come out to your property, ask to be shown the whole property and will then sit down and give you as much information as possible in relation to the service you are requiring. In most instances, you will be given a valuation price on the appointment. All fees will also be provided, however to comply with regulations we also provide all our fees on our website upfront.
This appointment will take approx. 1hour
Following the Valuation, we will send you all the information discussed to you via your method of communication.
If that’s all you needed from us then we are pleased to have helped, but if at this point or any other, you wish to instruct us to either sell or rent your property, let us know and we will book in the next appointment for identification, photographs, contracts, EPC(if required) and floorplan.
The Photograph appointment is crucial, this is how clients are going to see your property and make them want to see it for real. We have lots of tips and hints to present your property in the best light. (see blog)
This appointment can take up to two hours, but will also consist of the Floorplan and EPC (if required)

Following this appointment, you will be sent all the photographs taken from the day to have your input.
Before any marketing is started we send you all the marketing material we have designed for you to read through and sign off.
We know how important the marketing of your property is and therefore we advertise on both the leading property portals, Rightmove and Zoopla. We also advertise on Prime Location, our website and in this new digital era, we go all out on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google for it to be shared and retweeted as much as possible!!
You will never be forgotten once on the market, we will call you at least once a week just to chat about how the market and your viewings are going. We will send you Rightmove reports to show your properties marketing activity.
ALL viewings are accompanied, with viewing feedback provided within 24hours, again through your preferred communication method.
Once we get you a qualified buyer, we are on hand to still chat weekly and provide you with updates on you, your buyer and the chain(if you are in one)
We are happy to be an ear and try and work on any problems that arise to keep you as KALM as possible until moving day, and then it’s all you.
