From booking a valuation with one of our property experts, we will be on hand to give you all the information required.
Once you decide that we are the agents you wish to use and what package is best for you; we will provide you with a company terms of business and ask for your required documentation.
After this, we take the reins in finding you an ideal tenant. Your property will be advertised on Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, our Website, Facebook, Twitter and Google. We take control of all viewings and conduct them from 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. If the property is vacant, we will also inspect it weekly until tenanted.
Following the viewings, we will inform you of all the candidates, letting you make a decision.
Once again, we then take all control, ensuring the tenant has the right to rent and have been referenced. We ensure all documentation is correct and make sure that the tenants are provided with all compliant documents, including the FREE EPC* we provide you with.
We advise all landlords to pay for an inventory of the property before tenants move in. This is not included in the cost of our services but we are happy to arrange one for you. An inventory will help provide proof of the properties condition at the end of the tenancy.
From moving in day, we make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is kept informed and up to date.
